Your tasks:
• Providing 2nd and 3rd level support for SICK products and services
• Answering customer inquiries and resolving functional and technical issues
• Testing product functionalities and reproducing reported issues
• Collaborating with R&D teams on complex customer cases
• Conducting training sessions for customers and users of SICK services
• Collecting customer requirements and feedback to improve products and services
• Continuously building expertise in SICK products and services
Your profile:
• Ability to understand technical concepts and system functionality
• Strong interest in software, technology and digital solutions
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop technical expertise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to help others
An additional plus is if you:
• Have experience in technical support, customer support, IT support or a similar role
