Your tasks:
• Executing on-site and remote service activities for fleet management products and solutions
• Installing and servicing vehicle telematics, monitoring systems, and other electronic equipment in commercial vehicles and machinery
• Diagnosing technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Providing technical support, consulting, and training to customers, external installation partners, and internal teams
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by ensuring high service quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate service documentation
• Continuously building expertise in SICK products and services
Your profile:
• High school diploma in technical field (Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar)
• Willingness and ability to work in the field and travel to customer sites
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop expertise in new technologies and solutions
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach to work with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
An additional plus is if you:
• Have experience in the fleet management, telematics, or vehicle monitoring industry
