As part of our dedicated interdisciplinary team, you will contribute your project management expertise to strengthen our market leadership and actively shape the future of sensor and data integration solutions at SICK.
Your tasks:
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget
• Leading and supporting the project team, motivating them to take positive action and accountability for their work
• Providing direction and priorities to the project team, removing obstacles and resolving conflicts
• Working with internal stakeholders (mainly HW and SW Engineers, production and procurement) and overseeing all developmental stages to create high quality solutions
• Working with Product Management and other customer-facing stakeholders on defining clear project requirements and scope
• Preparing regular and timely status reports that include project progress, risks and issues that may occur during the project
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Your profile:
• University degree in electrical engineering, computer science or similar
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience working in a similar position
• Solid understanding of hardware-software integration (electronics, mechanics, operating systems, software applications)
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactiveness and hands-on approach to work
• Proneness to teamwork, strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• High curiosity, flexibility, and accountability
