As part of our dedicated interdisciplinary team, you will contribute your software engineering expertise to strengthen our market leadership by building cloud-based solutions and enabling actionable insights from sensor data at SICK.
Your tasks:
• Design and development of advanced Web applications and services with C#, .NET Core, and Docker
• Continuous participation in end-to-end development process, from creating concepts and specifications to design, testing, documentation and maintenance
• Ensuring high quality according to industry standard
Your profile:
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core technologies
• Good knowledge and understanding of relational databases (like PostgreSQL)
• Fluency in English
• Proactiveness and hands-on approach to work
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Focus on continuous learning and professional development
An additional plus if you:
• Have experience in software architecture and design
• Have experience in unit, integration and end-to-end Web application testing
• Have experience in Cloud Native solutions and technologies (like Redis, RabbitMQ, Time-scaleDB)
• Have experience with Cloud service monitoring tools (like Lens, Rancher, Grafana)
• Have experience with GitLab CI/CD
