Your tasks:
• End-to-end business partnering and controlling support for innovation and product development activities across the entire product lifecycle
• Providing transparency and actionable insights from idea generation and portfolio management through development, market launch, growth, maturity, and end-of-life phases
• Supporting management in strategic decision-making by analyzing innovation investments, business cases, project performance, and lifecycle profitability
• Developing and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor innovation, R&D, and product portfolio performance
• Supporting management from strategy development and planning through to operational management and control
• Actively contributing to profit improvement by creating transparency and initiating appropriate measures
• Participating in functional expert groups for the continuous development of financial methods and tools
• Contributing to organizational projects, with the opportunity to lead work packages
• Collaborating with national and international sales and manufacturing subsidiaries
Your profile:
• University degree in economics, preferably accounting, auditing or finance
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in controlling or comparable business functions
• High level of initiative and ability to work independently
• Interest in technical solutions and their marketing to industrial customers
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
• Fluency in English
