Join our development team at the forefront of pioneering technologies! As part of our dedicated interdisciplinary team, you will contribute your expertise to strengthen our market leadership by building cloud-based solutions and enabling actionable insights from sensor data at SICK.
Your tasks:
• Planning, development, deployment, and maintenance of various software solutions while incorporating security
best-practices
• Monitoring performance and maintaining infrastructure according to requirements
• Requirements-based design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines
• Design and deployment of highly available infrastructure using various cloud services (mainly Azure)
• Writing infrastructure as a code using Terraform with the goal of lowering the effort for repli-cating setup among multiple development environments
• Ensuring that solutions are designed with performance, scale, and operability in mind
Your profile:
• University degree in computer science or similar qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Knowledge in the implementation of deployment pipelines using GitLab CI, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform
• Knowledge of at least one of the cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
• High motivation, willingness to learn and quality awareness
• Proneness to teamwork, strong problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English
