Your tasks:
• Answering customer inquiries and collecting their feedback to improve existing and implement new services
• Preparing and sending offers to potential clients
• Managing aftersales with existing clients
• Identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
• Invoicing of goods and/or services
• Participating in the process of defining marketing concept, product information and pricing
• Various sales reporting for internal purposes
Your profile:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong customer focus and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English
• Passion for technology and strong motivation to build a career in the IT industry
An additional plus is if you:
• have experience working with SAP
• have experience working in marketing
