Your main tasks will be:
-
managing projects in RTLS field and working on product development
-
accompanying end-to-end development process (from concept to series production and product maintenance)
-
depending on the size of the project, leading a cross-functional and cross-location team, both in a classic and agile project context
-
holding responsibility for budget, resources and schedule planning as well as overviewing the progress of the project
-
identifying project goals, analyzing and developing necessary procedures
-
providing support to the project team and motivating them to take positive action and accountability for their work
-
defining project responsibilities with stakeholders which includes overseeing the progress of tasks and projects
-
creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
You are the right person for us if you:
-
have a university degree in computer science, engineering or another technical field
-
have minimum 2 years of professional experience in project management
-
possess excellent time management and communication skills
-
possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-
are a good negotiator and have a strong ability to work in a team
-
have a proactive and independent approach to work
-
are fluent in English
An additional plus is if you:
-
have a certificate in project management
-
have experience in mentoring employees or leading a team
-
have knowledge of RTLS market and trends (UWB, LiDAR, Camera, BLE and similar)
-
have knowledge of communication technologies and trends (5G, NB-IoT and similar)
-
are fluent in German
